Trustee Agendas

The Board of Trustees typically meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm, in the District Board Room or Large Classroom.  However, there are months where special meetings are necessary and scheduled.  


In accordance with the Opens Meeting Act, the Agendas will be posted within 48 hours of the meeting.    Additionally, if a Special Meeting is required to be held, a notice will be posted here as well. 

 

Trustee Minutes

In accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act, all approved minutes will be posted on our Website within 30 days of being approved.  If you have any questions, please contact Michele Trzcinski-Ramos at 815-234-4911.

Fire Commission Agendas

The Board of Fire Commission is required to hold quarterly meetings every year.  The Board  meets quarterly on the 3rd Monday of the Month at 5:00 pm at the Fire Station.     

In accordance with the Opens Meeting Act, the Agendas will be posted within 48 hours of the meeting.   Additionally, if a Special Meeting is required to be held, a notice will be posted here as well.
